Senior Sales Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual secondary sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Ensure product-wise, brand-wise, and area-wise sales growth as per business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance and market coverage.
• Execute trade schemes and promotional activities to improve market off-take.
• Monitor market trends and implement corrective actions to address sales gaps.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
• Coordinate with accounts teams for payment reconciliation, credit notes, and claim settlements.
• Track distributor and dealer inventory levels to avoid stock shortages and overstocking.
• Ensure availability and visibility of all focus products across the assigned territory.
• Identify and appoint new distributors or dealers to expand market reach.
• Conduct competitor analysis and share market intelligence with management regularly.
• Execute branding, merchandising, and POS material placement activities in the market.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and code of conduct.
• Support product launches, dealer meets, and trade engagement activities in the territory.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must be from Tile Adhesive background.
