Senior Sales Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Drive primary and secondary sales within the assigned territory to achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
• Ensure effective retail outlet coverage through SSOs and monitor order booking efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stockists, distributors, retailers, and other key trade partners.
• Execute trade marketing initiatives, promotional schemes, and BTL activities to enhance market visibility and drive sales growth.
• Ensure high standards of merchandising, product visibility, and POSM deployment across the assigned market.
• Monitor key sales productivity parameters, including ECO, Bill Cut, Line Sold, Sales Value, and distribution reach.
• Manage stockist operations, including inventory planning, stock availability, SMR preparation, and data accuracy in REACH.
• Prepare and submit trade claims as per company SOPs, ensuring complete and accurate supporting documentation.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
• Appoint and develop new stockists in line with company guidelines to strengthen market coverage and distribution.

• Atleast 3 Years of experience
