We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Cement Sr. Sales Officers to promote
and sell our cement products. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge,
excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers, including builders, contractors, architects, engineers, and
distributors.
Visit construction sites regularly to promote cement products and generate new
business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide market
intelligence to management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on field activities and sales performance.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product features and
benefits.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and
customer satisfaction.
Expand the customer base and strengthen the company's market presence.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with infrastructure
projects, contractors, builders, RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete) customers, individual
customers, house builders, architects, engineers, dealers, and distributors.
