Job Description

• Dealer Network Management: Manage and maintain relationships with existing dealers, ensure regular business flow, and address dealer-related concerns.
• Channel Development: Identify and develop new dealers and channel partners to expand the companys market presence and sales network.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key customers to support long-term business growth.
• New Product Placement: Introduce and promote new products to dealers and customers and ensure effective product placement and availability in the market.
• Claims Management: Coordinate with dealers and internal teams to resolve product/service claims and ensure timely closure of customer and dealer issues.
• Market Understanding & Survey: Conduct regular market visits and surveys to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, pricing, product demand, and market trends.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets through effective dealer management and market development activities.
• Prepare regular reports on dealer performance, market feedback, sales activities, and business opportunities.
