Senior Sales Officer - Horeca

Role & responsibilities

• Secondary Sales Management Drive secondary sales and distribution across the assigned geography and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Channel & Client Management Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, HoReCa, universities and other key customers.
• Trade Marketing & BTL Execution – Ensure effective implementation of trade marketing programs, schemes, promotions, visibility, sampling and product demonstrations at the local level.
• Stockist Management – Manage stockist appointments, administration, SMR preparation and accurate stockist data maintenance.
• Claims Management – Ensure timely and accurate preparation, validation and submission of claims along with required supporting documents.
• Sales Reporting & Market Intelligence – Monitor secondary sales, prepare reports and capture market intelligence including competitor activities, customer feedback and market developments.
• Sales Team Capability Building – Support OJT and sales capability initiatives to improve team effectiveness and execution.
• Sales Target & KPI Achievement – Drive achievement of secondary sales targets, average brand sales, opportunity brands/NPD and other defined business KPIs.
• Process Compliance – Ensure adherence to company processes, policies and standard operating procedures across sales and distribution activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have experience in Horeca Sales
• Age should not be more than 36 Years
