Senior Sales Officer - Capability Building

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct classroom, virtual and on-the-job training for the frontline sales team across Rajasthan.
• Drive New Joiner Induction and ensure faster onboarding and market readiness of new employees.
• Conduct regular field coaching / OJT with Salesmen and Sales Officers to improve sales skills, call effectiveness and execution.
• Identify capability gaps through field observations, business performance and interaction with the sales team.
• Deliver training on Sales Call Process, GTM, Distribution, Channel/Outlet Classification, Merchandising and Sales KPIs.
• Work closely with Regional Sales Heads, TMs and SOs to align capability interventions with business priorities.
• Plan and execute the Rajasthan Training Calendar and ensure timely completion of all planned interventions.
• Measure training effectiveness and learning impact through field observations, feedback and relevant business KPIs.
• Maintain training MIS, OJT reports, coverage and effectiveness dashboards and share regular updates with the central Sales Capability team.
• Travel extensively across Rajasthan to ensure effective training and field coaching coverage.
• Identify and share best practices from the Rajasthan market for wider replication.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in FMCG Sales / Sales Training / Sales Capability / L&D, preferably with strong frontline sales exposure.
• Age - 36 Years Max
