Senior Sales Officer - Astral Paints - Gandhidham (Gujarat) Only

Job Purpose
As a Senior Sales Officer in the Paints Division, your primary objective is to drive sales of the company's product range
within the designated territory. This entails identifying and managing projects, nurturing dealer networks, and
fostering relationships with contractors and painters.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive sustainable sales growth, market expansion, and profitability in the assigned territory while strengthening relationships with key dealers, contractors, projects, and customers.
2. Achieve sales, revenue, and collection targets for the territory while ensuring effective control of outstanding payments and overall business profitability.

3. Achieve territory sales and collection targets through effective sales planning and execution.
4. Prepare and execute monthly and quarterly territory business plans aligned with company objectives, Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of two Sales Officers reporting to the position.
5. Expand and strengthen the dealer, contractor, painter, and project network within the assigned territory.

6. Develop and manage project sales opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
7. Ensure timely collections and effective management of outstanding receivables as per company policy.
8. Drive product awareness, promotional activities, and market development initiatives.
9. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer feedback and share key insights.
10. Coordinate with Depots/C&FAs and internal teams for timely order fulfillment and customer service.
11. Ensure timely MIS reporting and regular review of territory performance, gaps, and opportunities.
