Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to lead export sales and international business development for our paper packaging products. The candidate will be responsible for developing overseas markets, acquiring international customers, managing key accounts, negotiating commercial terms, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in export sales, international customer acquisition, and B2B business development, preferably in paper packaging, corrugated boxes, folding cartons, paper bags, paperboard packaging, or related products.
This is an individual-contributor role requiring strong ownership of the complete sales cycle, from prospect identification and lead generation to order closure, shipment coordination, payment collection, and account development.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
2. 5 to 8 years of experience in international B2B sales, export sales, or overseas business development.
3. Experience in paper packaging, or allied packaging products is strongly preferred.
4. Demonstrated success in acquiring international customers and generating export orders.

**Excellent international negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
**Ability to independently generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle.
