Job Purpose

Drive motor insurance business growth by recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team of independent financial advisors and insurance agents across locations.

Job Responsibilities

• Agent Recruitment - Identify and onboard potential financial advisors, agents, and freelancers

• Relationship Management - Build strong, long-term engagement with agents to minimize attrition

• Motor Business Generation - Drive consistent premium volume through the recruited advisor network

• Team Activation - Train agents on motor insurance products, digital portals, and sales techniques

• Compliance - Ensure all sales practices strictly follow IRDAI guidelines and company policies

Job Requirements

• Experience:- 2-7 years in insurance agency sales (General Insurance/Motor preferred)

• Skills:- Strong networking, team building, and relationship management skills

• Education:- Graduate or PUC

• CTC Range:- Fixed Salary (4.25 LPA to 5.50 LPA) + Monthly Convenience (Fuel Allowances) + Monthly Incentives
