Senior Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct in-depth research on the Indian AIDC/RFID/PDA market, including competitors, pricing, industry verticals, and policy trends.

2. Identify, visit, and negotiate with target end customers and channel partners; generate qualified sales pipelines and close cooperation deals.

3. Develop and manage authorized distributors, system integrators, and value-added resellers across India.

4. Lead participation in project bidding, tenders, exhibitions, and product roadshows.

5. Achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue, new-customer, and channel-development targets.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. At least 3–5 years of direct B2B sales experience in AIDC, RFID, barcode scanning, mobile computers / PDA / handheld terminals, auto-ID hardware, or related identification/data-capture products. Existing customer or distributor resources in India are highly preferred.

3. Proven track record of developing channels and closing project-based sales in India; experience in retail, logistics, manufacturing, warehouse, or government projects is a strong plus.

4. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; comfortable working under pressure and achieving targets.

5. Good business acumen, service mindset, and ability to present and train technical solutions to customers and partners.

6. Fluent in written and spoken English (corporate working language); local Hindi/regional language is a plus.

7. Willingness to travel extensively within India.
