Designation - Associate Sales Manager - Param/Prahri

Locations - Amritsar, Ferozpur, Ambala, Samba, Chandigarh, Shimla,Dharmshala and Pathankot

Experience - Min. 1 year insurance sales or above

Qualification - 12th or above

Job Roles& Responsibilities:

1. Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly Goal sheet targets.
2. Build an influencer network in conjunction with agent/OP approach
3. Units/Battalions for Sales Seminar presentations.
4. Manager the team of on roll OP/Agents.
5. Fix Sales seminar presentations in Units/Battalions through influencer network and Office Head support,
6. Ensure effective follow up process in Units/Battalions post sales seminar presentation.
7. Maintain a database of customers touched through sales seminar presentations
8. Ensuring business is done in an ethical and honest manner which is in compliance to the IRDA norms
9. Maintain agent/OP productivity as per business plan
