As Sr. Sales Manager, you will be the growth catalyst acquiring new clients, strengthening key relationships, and unlocking opportunities in the corporate travel space. While you wont directly manage a team, your strategies and expertise will redefine how clients experience travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition Drive new business with compelling travel solutions.
• Account Growth Manage and expand key accounts for long-term success.
• Sales Strategy Execution Deliver on monthly and annual targets.
• Market Intelligence Track industry shifts and outpace competitors.
• Proposal & Negotiation Craft winning pitches and close deals.
• Cross Functional Collaboration Partner with operations to ensure flawless delivery.
• Reporting & Insights Share pipeline health and performance updates with leadership.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of proven sales success, ideally in corporate travel
• Strong knowledge of travel solutions (flights, hotels, visas, insurance)
• Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and grow revenue
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client engagement skills
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and passionate about building relationships
• Familiarity with booking tools (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.)
• Established network in the corporate travel industry
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
