Senior Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Handle qualified leads received from the internal lead-generation team.
• Understand client requirements, preferences, budget and project expectations.
• Conduct pre-sales discussions and client presentations.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Present Robinson Homes' premium villa construction offerings, proposals and quotations.
• Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Handle client queries, objections and commercial negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with premium and high-value clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up at every stage.
• Take ownership of the sales process from qualified lead to booking and final deal closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the design, estimation and project execution teams after closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, proposals, follow-ups and closures.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in premium residential or villa projects.
• Proven track record in high-value residential sales and deal closure.
• Strong client communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Experience handling premium and high-value clients.
• Excellent follow-up and client relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and target-oriented approach.
• Comfortable conducting client meetings and site visits.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Should be confident, professional and capable of handling the complete sales conversion process.
