Role & responsibilities

Handle and qualify customer leads
Conduct lead follow-up calls and nurture prospects
Organize and manage site visits for prospective buyers
Drive negotiations and convert prospects into final bookings
Create engaging videos and digital content showcasing the Avaas Joka bungalows for social media and customer engagement
Build strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless buying experience

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sales mindset with a passion for customer engagement
Experience in real estate sales will be preferred (freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply)
Comfortable using social media and creating basic video content
