Senior Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and expand distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks for inverters and Panels / Solar Commodities.
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial solar segments.
• Manage key channel partner relationships and ensure high engagement levels.
• Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and promotional activities for channel partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6+ years of experience in Channel Sales / Distribution Sales.
• Prior experience in Solar Commodities, Inverters, Panels, Solar EPC, or related industries.
• Strong network of distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market expansion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
