Senior Sales Manager

Sales & Business Growth

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned product categories.
• Identify, develop, and penetrate new markets, customer segments, and geographies within the region.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, market visits, and networking.
• Prepare and present product proposals, technical solutions, and commercial offers to customers.

Channel & Partner Development

• Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners, dealers, distributors, and contractors.
• Conduct regular partner meets, training sessions, and product demonstrations to enhance partner capability.
• Monitor partner performance and provide support to ensure target achievement.

Key Account & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, consultants, EPC contractors, builders, and end users.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet project specifications.
• Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
• Provide regular feedback to internal teams on customer needs, product gaps, and market opportunities.
• Participate in tenders, RFQs, and project bids in coordination with internal teams.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and order status.
• Submit weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
