Senior Sales Manager - Hot Stamping Foils

Role & Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development of Hot Stamping Foils, Cold Foils, Holographic Foils, and related specialty packaging solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Packaging, Labels, Printing, FMCG, Pharma, Liquor, Personal Care, and Industrial segments.
• Manage and grow strategic key accounts while building long-term customer relationships.
• Develop market expansion strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Work closely with technical, product development, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging applications.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and annual business planning with customers.
• Achieve sales targets, develop sales forecasts, and maintain a strong business pipeline.
• Travel extensively to support customer engagement and market development initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Engineering, Packaging, Printing Technology, Polymer Science, Chemistry, or related discipline. MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management within Hot Stamping Foils, Cold Foils, Holographic Foils, Security Foils, Specialty Films, Packaging, Labels, Printing, or allied industries.
• Strong understanding of packaging, label, printing, and converting industries.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition, market development, and revenue growth.
• Strong relationships with packaging converters, label manufacturers, printers, and brand owners.
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently drive business growth and manage strategic customer relationships.
