Hiring: Senior Sales Manager – Enterprise Infrastructure | Mumbai

We are hiring for a senior sales role with an enterprise technology partner that works with global DevOps, DevSecOps, observability and real-time analytics platforms.

The company is founded by senior industry leaders with 120+ years of combined experience and is building its sales function now. This is a role to build the business from the ground up, with a funded runway, a 20-member technical pre-sales team and direct OEM support behind you.

The role is about opening doors and closing business in BFSI and fintech. You will sell OEM platforms together with the company's implementation and managed services, to Heads of Engineering, CTOs and CISOs.

What we are looking for:

• 10–15 years in enterprise software or IT infrastructure sales, with quota ownership
• Hands-on selling of DevOps, DevSecOps, observability or data platforms – not only enablement or certifications
• The ability to run a value conversation with engineering leaders, using metrics such as DORA, ROI and TCO
• Existing relationships in banks, NBFCs or fintech, and the ability to win new accounts
• Experience selling with OEMs and channel partners

Location: Mumbai (hybrid).

Candidates with exposure to platforms/products similar to JFrog, IBM, ClickHouse and other enterprise infrastructure/developer technologies would be relevant
