Role Overview:
Responsible for driving corporate salary acquisitions, managing key corporate relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new corporate accounts for salary program.
• Must have team handling experience of 1 year plus .
• Build and maintain relationships with HR Heads, CHROs & corporate decision-makers.
• Lead and mentor sales team to achieve targets and strengthen market presence.
• Negotiate and close high-value corporate agreements.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive strategic sales initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, compliance, and documentation during onboarding.
