Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business loan disbursement targets.
• Generate new business through direct sourcing, referrals, and channel partners.
• Identify and develop new markets for business loan products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, and local business communities.
• Conduct field visits to acquire potential borrowers and expand the customer base.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 38 years of experience in Business Loans, MSME Loans, LAP, Working Capital, or NBFC/Banking sales.
• Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
• Strong network in the local market and business community.
