Job profile :

• Should have prior experience working in the APAC regions, with a strong understanding of the regional market and customer landscape.
• Should have experience in software sales or solution sales, with prior experience working with the banking or telecom industry.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the APAC to engage with clients, build relationships, and drive business opportunities.
• Proven experience in closing deals and managing the end to end sales cycle across the APAC markets.
• Strong experience in client engagement, negotiations, stakeholder management, and deal closure within the region.
• Experienced in working with both delivery and sales teams, with good domain knowledge of software products and solutions.
• Experience in creating sales business plans to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Experience in strategy and planning.
• Experience in collections management.
• Strong account and client relationship management skills.
• Experience in team management, including business development, account management, and post sales account relationship management.
• Experience in contract and agreement closures.
• Strong negotiation skills for successful deal closures.
• Ability to conceptualize solutions to business problems.
• Ability to identify and pursue additional business development opportunities within customer organizations and collaborate with sales teams to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
• Experience in preparing server sizing, effort estimation, and costing will be an added advantage.
• Experience in account planning and ecosystem analysis.
