Senior Sales Incharge - CSD

Role & responsibilities

• Drive secondary sales and distribution targets across the assigned geography through effective coordination with RSPs and stockists.
• Ensure efficient order booking, stock management, and achievement of primary and secondary sales objectives.
• Implement trade marketing initiatives, schemes, promotions, visibility programs, and other BTL activities at the local market level.
• Manage claim preparation, validation of supporting documents, and timely submission of accurate claims to the branch office.
• Oversee stockist administration, including SMR preparation, stockist appointments, REACH updates, and sales/case reporting.
• Drive effective merchandising and product visibility through coordination with RSPs, merchandisers, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with third-party merchandisers for POSM allocation, execution, and monitoring across the assigned markets.
• Conduct market intelligence activities to track competition, market trends, complaints, and business opportunities.
• Support OJT and capability-building initiatives for RSPs in coordination with the Sales Capability team.
• Ensure achievement of key KPIs including secondary sales targets, RSP productivity, average brand sales, and new brand/NPD opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have experience of CSD business.
• Minimum 2 years of experience is required.
• Age Minimum - 32 Years
