Senior Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced sales professionals with strong expertise in B2B sales, channel sales, distributor management, and key account management. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, strengthen distributor relationships, expand market coverage, and enhance Essilor's brand visibility across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned channels and distributors.
• Manage distributor relationships and drive effective market coverage.
• Develop new customers and expand the existing retail and optician network.
• Execute trade promotions, merchandising, and in-store visibility initiatives.
• Ensure product availability and implement company sales strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and business opportunities.
• Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and share market intelligence.
• Train and develop distributor sales teams and Eye Care Professionals (ECPs).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and trade terms.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, channel sales, or distributor management.
• Industry: Similar Industry
• Education: Bachelor's degree required

• Strong knowledge of local markets, customer relationships, and distribution networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is preferred.
