Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

*Sales person should achieving monthly and annual sales targets and revenue objectives.

*Manage, strengthen and develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers and customers improve market coverage and sales performance.

*Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.

*Conduct regular market visits and site visits to understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.

*Generate demand for company products by building relationships with masons, contractors, builders, and other key influencers.

*Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.

*Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

*Report the Sales Manager and planning & executing effective sales strategies.

*Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through effective market development, dealer engagement, and customer acquisition.

*Travel extensively within the assigned territory and surrounding areas as required.

Preferred candidate profile

*Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, paint, wallcare or related industry

*Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

*Experience in dealer and distributor management, market development and relationship building with masons, contractors, builders and sales generation will be preferred.

*Ability to complete sales targets, develop business relationships and work independently.

*Must own a bike.

*Valid driving license is mandatory.

*Must have a smartphone for communication, reporting and work-related applications.

*Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location and surrounding areas.
