Senior Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• To engage with designated area Eye Surgeons to market company products and drive sales.
• Responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities.
• Building relationships with potential clients and driving revenue growth.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings and conferences.
• Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients.
• Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales.
• Maintain positive professional relationships with clients.

Preferred candidate profile

• Ability to master the technical details of the products in short time.
• Willingness to work closely with Eye surgeons in the Operating theater.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to the companys culture effectively.
• Willingness to travel to meet the Eye surgeons.
