Job Summary
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving B2B sales of aluminium extrusion profiles and related solutions across key industries such as construction, infrastructure, automation, and industrial fabrication. The role focuses on business development, key account management, and revenue growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new customers including:
• Fabricators
• OEMs
• Architects & contractors
• Industrial clients
• Generate leads, conduct client visits, and convert opportunities into orders.

2. Key Account Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Increase share of business from key accounts.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and issue resolution.

3. Technical & Product Sales

• Promote aluminium extrusion products (profiles, sections).
• Provide basic technical inputs and application guidance to clients.
• Coordinate with design/production teams for customized solutions.

4. Sales Cycle Management

• Handle end-to-end sales process:
• Enquiry generation
• Quotation & pricing
• Negotiation
• Order finalization
• Dispatch coordination
• Payment collection

5. Market Intelligence

• Conduct market research on:
• Competitors
• Pricing trends
• New applications
• Identify emerging opportunities in sectors like Automation, Elevators, Infrastructure, etc.

6. Coordination & Operations

• Coordinate with:
• Production
• Quality
• Logistics
• Finance
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to customer specifications.

7. Reporting & MIS

• Maintain CRM data and sales pipeline.
• Prepare:
• Monthly sales reports
• Forecasts
• Collection reports
• Monitor receivables and credit terms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (Engineering / Business / Marketing preferred)
• MBA (Sales/Marketing) added advantage
• 5 to 10 years of experience in:
• Aluminium extrusion / metal / building materials / industrial sales
• Strong understanding of B2B industrial sales processes
