We are looking for a strong, sales-driven professional to join Sneha Rateria, a growing jewellery brand specialising in silver jewellery and fine 18K gold jewellery.

This is a target-oriented sales role for someone who understands how to convert enquiries into orders, follow up consistently and build relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone, Instagram and other sales channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
• Follow up actively with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Work towards monthly individual and company sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, orders and customer conversations.
• Reconnect with existing customers for repeat purchases.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding product availability, customisation, pricing and order status.
• Handle customers professionally, including high-value and international clients.

Who We Are Looking For - Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, premium products or high-ticket sales is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable selling through WhatsApp and telephone conversations.
• Persistent with follow-ups without being pushy.
• Commercially minded and genuinely motivated by achieving sales numbers.
• Organised, disciplined and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
