Key Responsibilities

• Direct Sales Operations: Conduct door-to-door (D2D) field sales and community outreach across assigned territory.
• Lead Generation & Acquisition: Identify potential prospects, generate high-quality leads, and convert them into paid broadband subscribers.
• Customer Interaction: Present, demonstrate, and explain broadband speed plans, promotional offers, and router hardware to customers.
• Pipeline Management: Follow up systematically with open prospects and close pending leads.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Relationship Building: Establish strong rapport with local communities, building management, and residents for smooth onboarding.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or Graduate in any stream.
• Experience:
  
• Freshers with strong communication skills and drive are welcome.
• 03 years experience in Telecom, DTH, ISP, or Field Sales preferred.
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation skills, and persuasive ability.
• Mobility: Must be comfortable with daily field travel and local door-to-door sales.
• Availability: Immediate Joiners preferred.
