Senior Sales Executive

Role Overview

Responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting CHA & Freight Forwarding services while meeting assigned revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business in import/export, customs clearance and freight forwarding.
• Generate leads through calls, visits and networking; maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Meet clients, understand requirements, present solutions and share quotations.
• Prepare pricing, negotiate rates and coordinate with Operations/Documentation Teams.
• Manage customer relationships, resolve queries and ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Maintain sales MIS and reports and track target achievements.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of CHA processes, customs documentation, ocean/air freight and logistics costing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM and quotation preparation.

Qualification

• Graduate / MBA (Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred).

Industry Experience

• Freight Forwarding / CHA.
• 3 7 years of relevant experience preferred.
