Salary: 15,000/month + Up to 13,000 Incentives + PF + ESI

Role Summary

We are looking for a target-driven Senior Sales Executive to handle customer engagement, generate in-store sales, provide product guidance, and support junior sales staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their requirements

• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Maintain product displays, pricing, and floor stock availability

• Support billing and stock replenishment activities

• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business

• Guide and mentor junior/fresher sales executives

• Report stock discrepancies, customer feedback, and sales trends to the Store Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred

• 1–3 years of retail sales experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer-handling skills

• Target-oriented and sales-focused approach

• Positive and customer-first attitude
