Role Description The Senior Sales Executive role is a full-time hybrid position based in Kota, with a mix of on-site client engagement and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and acquiring new customers for the Bank's retail and MSME products, including loans, deposits, and other financial solutions, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The Senior Sales Executive will conduct regular market visits, generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and coordinate with branch and operations teams to ensure timely processing and high-quality service. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, promoting digital banking offerings, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards, and preparing accurate reports and updates for management. The role also requires active participation in local marketing initiatives, customer outreach programs, and community-based activities to enhance the Bank's visibility and growth in the Kota region.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Candidates should possess customer relationship management capabilities, such as client servicing, retention strategies, and the ability to understand diverse customer needs.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of retail banking products , along with familiarity with digital banking channels and tools.
• Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills, including basic financial analysis, data interpretation, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with branch teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in sales roles in banking, NBFCs, or microfinance institutions is an advantage.
• Ability to work in local Kota, and a strong focus on ethical conduct a regulatory compliance.
