Job Description

We are looking for sales-driven professionals to handle international banking customers through voice calls, emails and live chat. The role involves understanding customer requirements, promoting relevant banking products/services, handling objections and converting opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails and chat interactions with international customers.
Promote and sell banking products such as credit cards, loans, accounts and other financial services, depending on the process.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
Generate sales through effective pitching, upselling and cross-selling.
Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to achieve conversions.
Maintain professional communication with international customers across all channels.
Ensure accurate documentation and updating of customer interactions in the CRM.
Meet assigned sales, conversion, quality and productivity targets.
Follow banking, data-security and process-compliance guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Experience in International BPO / Banking Sales / Telesales / Telecalling / Customer Service preferred.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sales and convincing abilities.
Comfortable handling Voice + Email + Chat simultaneously.
Good objection-handling and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts where applicable.
