Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly secondary sales targets
- Manage and expand dealer network in assigned geography
- Execute beat planning and territory coverage discipline
- Drive demand generation through:
- Contractor visits
- Project site visits
- End customer influence
- Ensure visibility, display, and market activation
- Monitor primary vs secondary alignment
- Maintain accurate reporting in SFA/DMS/CRM system
- Track competitor activities and pricing intelligence
- Secondary Sales Achievement (%)
- Active Dealer Productivity
- Distribution Expansion

- Graduate (mandatory)
- 2–5 years target-driven field sales experience
