About the role:
As an Assisted Sales Executive at SleepyCat, you all play a crucial role in converting interested customers into delighted buyers. You all engage with leads who have already visited our store, website, or expressed interest in SleepyCat products and helping them make confident purchase decisions through personalized conversations, strong product knowledge, and strategic selling . This is not just about answering questions also its all about closing the deal. You all combine empathy, agility, and smart sales tactics to guide customers through
their purchase journey and ensure they find the perfect SleepyCat product for their needs.

What you all be responsible for:
a. Drive store sales and achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.
b. Assist customers in understanding product features, benefits, and pricing (mattresses, pillows,
bedding, furniture, etc.)
c. Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
d. Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
e. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue per customer.
f. Maintain excellent store presentation, visual merchandising, and product displays.
g. Monitor stock availability and coordinate with inventory / warehouse teams for replenishment.
h. Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM / sales records accurately.
i. Support and guide junior sales executives / store staff to improve performance.
j. Analyze customer buying patterns and share market feedback with management.
k. Ensure smooth billing, order processing, and delivery coordination.
l. Stay updated on competitor offerings, promotions, and market trends.

What you all need to bring to the table?
a. Experience: Minimum 3 years in retail / showroom / store sales, preferably in mattresses, furniture, home furnishing, or consumer durable industry.
b. Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
c. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
d. Mindset: Fast thinker, smart worker, and target-oriented individual who thrives under pressure.
e. Attitude: Customer-first approach with the hunger to convert and the confidence to close.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM tools (LeadSquared, Freshdesk, or similar).
Prior experience in D2C or premium retail/e-commerce brands.
Strong understanding of online purchase journeys and assisted selling processes.
