Senior Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle sales and service of electroplating chemicals, specifically for the jewellery industry (precious metals). • Provide technical support and solutions to customers. • Handle laboratory-related operations and activities. • Knowledge of plating processes for precious metals such as brass, silver, and gold. • Handle plating baths and plating lines. • Perform micron plating calculations. • Conduct testing and analysis of chemicals using Titration, AAS/ICP machines.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in electroplating chemicals, electroforming, metal finishing, or precious metal plating.
• Experience working with jewellery manufacturing or precious metal plating applications will be highly preferred.
• Candidates with experience in technical sales, application engineering, or customer technical service within the electroplating or specialty chemicals industry are preferred.
• Ability to manage both sales responsibilities and technical customer support.
