Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with Company-provided verified leads via calls and understand their requirements
• Suggest suitable projects/properties based on client budget, location, and preferences
• Arrange and schedule site visits as per client convenience
• Personally attend and conduct site visits with clients
• Negotiate and drive the deal to closure
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through the sales pipeline
• Update CRM with lead status, client interactions, and closure details
• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat/referral business

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree
• Proven sales experience in real estate (residential/commercial)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills
• Local market knowledge (Pune) preferred
• Own vehicle

Salary

• Up to 5.5 LPA (Depends on Skill & Experience)
