Industry: Interior Design / Home Interiors / Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive – Relationship Management to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

* Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.

* Own the customer experience from the first interaction and ensure high customer satisfaction.

* Achieve sales targets by working closely with a talented team of Interior Designers.

* Handle customer queries and proactively resolve issues.

* Drive business through alternate sales channels such as residence visits, design/sales at show flats and apartment activities.

* Take ownership of responsibilities and contribute to new initiatives.

* Work effectively with customers, colleagues, business partners and vendors.

* Demonstrate strong data analysis, communication and presentation skills.

Candidate Profile:

* 1–5 years of experience in Sales / Relationship Management.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong listening, presentation and negotiation skills.

* Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

* Customer-focused, proactive and target-oriented.

* Candidates from Interior Design, Real Estate, Home Interiors, Retail or relevant Sales backgrounds will be preferred.

Salary: 4 LPA – 5.5 LPA (Maximum Budget)
