Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and convert project sales enquiries and build a strong project pipeline.
• Develop business through Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, Contractors & Project Consultants.
• Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, landscaping & infrastructure projects.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and drive product specifications at the project stage.
• Conduct market visits, site visits, product presentations, demos and sample coordination.
• Understand customer requirements and provide product & basic technical guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, production, quality, dispatch and site execution.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples and orders to ensure timely conversion.
• Maintain CRM, daily sales reports, project pipeline and customer database.
• Track competitor activities, market trends and upcoming projects and share market feedback.
