Senior Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget.
• Recommend suitable jewellery designs and products.
• Explain jewellery materials, gemstones, designs, pricing, features and benefits.
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional jewellery or accessories.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain good knowledge of jewellery trends, products and new collections.
• Monitor and manage jewellery inventory and report discrepancies.
• Ensure jewellery displays are attractive, organized and updated.
• Handle cash, card and other payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain customer details for future follow-ups and promotions.
• Follow store security and loss-prevention procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with store team and management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in Jewellery Sales / Retail Sales / Showroom Sales preferred.
• Must have good knowledge of Gold and Diamond jewellery, including basic understanding of purity, quality, designs, gemstones and pricing.
• Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
• Good sales, convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented with a focus on achieving sales goals.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Good knowledge or interest in jewellery, designs and fashion trends.
• Comfortable with upselling and cross-selling.
• Well-groomed, presentable and professional appearance with a confident personality, suitable for a premium/luxury jewellery showroom.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail/showroom environment.
