Senior Sales Executive - Sports Flooring / Synthetic Turf (B2B)

Roles & Responsibilities

B2B Sales & Target Achievement: Drive B2B sales for sports flooring systems, PU binders, synthetic turf, EPDM/SBR, and rubber flooring across Delhi NCR to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Network & Business Development: Actively onboard and manage relationships with sports flooring contractors, turf installers, applicators, dealers, distributors, and infrastructure companies.

Lead Generation & Field Visits: Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and market research to identify upcoming sports infrastructure and running track projects across the territory.

Technical Presentation & Sampling: Understand client project specifications, recommend suitable flooring products/PU binders, and deliver product demonstrations and sample presentations.

Quotation & Commercial Negotiation: Prepare commercial quotations, handle pricing negotiations within company guidelines, follow up on pending leads, and close orders.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor movements, market pricing, ongoing projects, and emerging industry trends across Delhi NCR.

Sales Tracking & Reporting: Maintain daily sales activity logs, client databases, and pipeline updates using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Key Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of core B2B field sales experience in Sports Flooring, Sports Infrastructure, Synthetic Turf, EPDM/SBR, Rubber Flooring, or PU Binders.

Network: Pre-existing contacts with sports flooring contractors, builders, applicators, and regional dealers will be given strong preference.

Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling abilities, with practical proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Mobility: Comfortable with extensive field travel across Delhi NCR (having a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred).

Note for Applicants: Candidates from general sales backgrounds without relevant industry exposure in sports flooring, turf, or PU chemicals will not be considered.
