Key Responsibilities
*Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the HRMS domain.
*Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, product demos, negotiations, and closures.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and upsell opportunities.
*Understand client needs and collaborate with the pre-sales and product teams to propose tailored HRMS solutions.
*Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
*Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
*Represent Interbiz Solutions at industry events, networking opportunities, and product showcases.

Requirements
*Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
*Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the HRMS / HCM / HR Tech domain.
*Strong network and understanding of the HR technology market in India.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
*Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
*Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
