Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive - Fashion Brand

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in premium fashion, luxury retail, designerwear, ethnicwear, bridalwear, or occasionwear.
• Attend to walk-in customers and provide a polished, premium in-store shopping experience.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest outfits based on occasion, size, style, and budget.
• Drive sales conversions and contribute to monthly store targets.
• Build strong relationships with new and repeat customers through active clienteling.
• Follow up with customers over WhatsApp/calls for product options, trials, order confirmations, alterations, and delivery updates.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across collections, fabrics, silhouettes, pricing, and dispatch timelines.
• Coordinate with the store team for stock availability, billing, trials, alterations, and order handovers.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English, with a presentable and well-groomed personality.
• Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to work full-time from the Hyderabad store.
