Our Sales team is the engine of client success - turning leads into closed deals through consultative selling, market intelligence, and relentless execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing for residential & commercial real estate properties across key Indian cities.
- Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients to understand needs and deliver tailored property solutions.
- Conduct site visits, property walkthroughs, and client presentations with confidence and professionalism.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless handoff from lead generation to post-sale support.
- Track and report KPIs including conversion rate, pipeline value, and average deal size using CRM tools.
- Stay ahead of local market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor offerings to position properties strategically.
