Senior Sales Executive / Experience Centre Sales Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and well-spoken Senior Sales Manager who will be responsible for handling walk-in clients at our Experience Centre, managing incoming leads, and converting enquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong closing ability, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and engage with walk-in customers at the Experience Centre
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable coffee machine solutions
• Conduct live product demonstrations and explain machine features confidently
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and follow-ups
• Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion
• Maintain proper client records and follow-up sheets
• Coordinate with service and technical teams for smooth installation and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

Eligibility Criteria:

• 3–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in premium products / hospitality / equipment)
• Experience in handling walk-in customers and call-based sales
• Basic understanding of coffee machines or willingness to learn
• Graduate (preferred)
