Senior Sales Executive - CAD/CAE Software Sales

Position: Senior Sales Executive

Experience: 3+ Years

Qualification: BE, Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil

Roles & Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create business from new customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Self-motivated & go getter attitude
• Managing Order Inflow and Revenue for Autodesk Software products in the region.
• Take ownership of Induvial Booking Target.
• Add new customers base
• Focus on customer satisfaction & retention.
• Drive Business Development, market engagement and build Funnel around uncovered markets and geographies.
• Undertake Planned Customer Connect Activities regularly with efficient CRM initiatives.
• Ensure and Maintain Good interpersonal relationship within the BU and with other BU stakeholders to ensure an amicable and cohesive sales growth environment.
• Payment follow-up & payment collection as per PO terms & conditions
• Territory needs to cover Pune, Nashik, Sambhaji Nagar, ROM & GOA
• Responsible for Autodesk revenue & generate new business.
• Hunting for new prospects
• Minimum sales Target 2 Cr
• Ready to travel out of Pune

Daily Sales Activities Expectations:

• Do Cold / field visit per day 4-5.
• Do telephonic calls per day 10 minimum out of Pune, Nashik, Sambhaji Nagar, ROM & GOA.
• Update all activities in CRM

Qualifications

• BE, Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical /Civil
• 3-4 Years software selling experience or 3-4 years hardware selling experience
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skill
