Job Title: Sr. Sales Executive – BPO & Staffing

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Sales Executive – BPO & Staffing to drive B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth for our BPO and staffing services.

• Generate new B2B leads and identify potential clients for BPO & Staffing services.
• Drive new client acquisition through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable staffing/BPO solutions.
• Handle RFPs/RFQs, proposals, commercial negotiations and closures.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment/operations teams for proposal preparation and execution.
• Manage client follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and sales funnel.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly business development and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, client data and opportunity trackers.

• 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
• Experience in BPO, Staffing, Recruitment Services, Managed Services or HR Services is preferred.
• Strong experience in lead generation, client acquisition and business closure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Should be target-driven and comfortable with cold calling and field/client meetings.
• Candidates with an existing Bangalore client network will be highly preferred.
