## URGENT HIRING – FRONTLINE SALES | RURAL SECURED LAP

**Position:** Frontline Sales – Rural Secured LAP

**Product:** Loan Against Property (LAP) / Home Loan

**Role Type:** Field Sales

**Location:** Rural / Semi-Urban Areas

### Job Responsibilities

* Generate new business through **LAP and Home Loan** products.

* Identify and approach potential customers in rural and semi-urban markets.

* Conduct field visits to understand customer loan requirements.

* Identify customers with suitable residential/commercial properties for loan against property.

* Collect and verify **customer, KYC and property-related documents**.

* Generate loan leads and convert them into applications.

* Coordinate with **Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams** for smooth processing.

* Follow up with customers from **login to approval and disbursement**.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, property owners, business owners and local references.

* Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.

* Achieve assigned **sales targets and business goals**.

### Candidate Profile

* Experience in **LAP / Home Loan / Secured Loans / Housing Finance / NBFC / Banking** preferred.

* Strong field-sales and customer-acquisition skills.

* Good knowledge of the local market.

* Good communication and relationship-management skills.

* Willingness to travel for field visits.

* Graduation preferred/mandatory as per company requirement.
