Position: Senior Sales Engineer
Roles Responsibilities
- Develop and manage business relationships with OEMs, end users, machine builders, and channel partners to drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities, acquire new customers, and expand existing accounts by promoting industrial automation products and engineered solutions.
- Provide technical consultation, application support, and product demonstrations to help customers select the most suitable automation solutions for their manufacturing requirements.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Collaborate with application engineering, product management, and customer service teams to deliver timely technical support, quotations, and project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and account activities using CRM systems while ensuring regular follow-up on leads and key projects.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, market intelligence, customer feedback, and business performance to support strategic decision-making and continuous business growth.
