Sales Engineer Wanted!
We're looking for experienced Sales Engineers to join our team at Tejaslite Lighting Solutions, Chennai!
No of Positions: 1
1. Chennai Based - Full time.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of lighting solutions (LED, industrial, commercial) to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Provide technical support, product demos, and training as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and product innovations
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, marketing, logistics) for smooth execution
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts as required
Requirements:
- Prior experience in lighting/electrical industry preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of lighting products/systems
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Local language skills (Tamil, English) a plus for South TN role
