Position: Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager - Sales

Location: Tumkur, Karnataka

Qualification: BE or Equivalent

Experience: 6 to 12 years in automotive component/parts sales (experience in complete vehicle sales will not be considered)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and product analysis to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
• Monitor competition trends and provide strategic insights.
• Ensure on-time closure of RFQs by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive realization of new projects according to timelines.
• Develop, monitor, and adhere to business plans for the profit center; track monthly performance against targets.
• Monitor customer credit balances and maintain minimal overdue receivables.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and initiate improvement actions wherever required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and departments to align with organizational goals.
